AFTER SALES SERVICE

Supplied with our equipment skids are manuals covering all aspects of the supply to enable the customer to undertake normal service and maintenance. Our engineers in Sydney, given site data, can analyse and make recommendations in respect to unusual operating conditions. In special circumstances that need an AustCold supervisor to travel to site, arrangements can be made to respond to this requirements.

Within Australia we often have arrangements with local refrigeration contractors who will, with our guidance and instructions, carry out regular service requirements. Again, we can arrange for a supervisor to visit the site where special circumstances make this a requirement.

During the commissioning period, our supervisor will train your operators in service and maintenance procedure.
